ਮੰਨੈ ਸੁਰਤਿ ਹੋਵੈ ਮਨਿ ਬੁਧਿ ॥ਮੰਨੈ ਸਗਲ ਭਵਣ ਕੀ ਸੁਧਿ ॥ਮੰਨੈ ਮੁਹਿ ਚੋਟਾ ਨਾ ਖਾਇ ॥ਮੰਨੈ ਜਮ ਕੈ ਸਾਥਿ ਨ ਜਾਇ ॥ਐਸਾ ਨਾਮੁ ਨਿਰੰਜਨੁ ਹੋਇ ॥ਜੇ ਕੋ ਮੰਨਿ ਜਾਣੈ ਮਨਿ ਕੋਇ ॥੧੩॥Here is the translation of 13th Pauri of JapJi Sahib Ji. In this pauri Guru Nanak Sahib Ji says, if somebody would have faith in Akal-Purakh, he have awareness and intelligence. He will understand that the Jot of Akal purakh is everywhere. He will never stuck on the 5 thives of body. He will not face the Messenger of death.
