And the different sediments of Earth’s many environments produce specific thriving flavors native to certain places: the grapes of Bordeaux, the olives of Sicily, and the hydroponic cannabis of Studio City. These flavors are celebrated throughout the world. But some places have a deep-seeded need for secrecy.
