Hop in and join AFBF staff for another episode of “Growth on the Go,” a podcast designed specifically for Farm Bureau field staff. In this episode we share a recent favorite read related to member engagement titled, “Elevating Engagement: Uncommon Strategies for Creating a Thriving Member Community.” We used this book to create a facilitator resource and spend time unpacking the learning objectives of this new resource to show how it can be applied out in the field. Of course, we wrap up the episode by riding shotgun with another member of field staff from The Empire State of New York!
