Matt Resnick has been in corporate recruiting for the past decade. He is currently a recruiting leader at a global sports, media and entertainment company. Prior to, Matt was the global recruiting leader at VICE Media where he led a team of recruiters across all of VICE business.
Before joining VICE, Matt spent close to six years at Madison Square Garden Sports and Entertainment where he worked with every department and was instrumental in helping to rebuild the recruiting function.
Matt got his start the same way most recruiters do, he fell into it, and he started his career at Robert Half International. At Robert Half, Matt supported the Accountemps team and learned the ropes of agency recruiting from a team of veterans that he still leans on and learns from today.
Prior to his career shift into recruiting, Matt spent close to eight years in the sports industry, working with professional athletes and helping them secure playing contracts internationally. After having spent the past nine years in NY, Matt just moved to Atlanta with his family and is expecting a much warmer winter!
