During his tenure as Gresham Professor of Law (2012-2016), Geoffrey Nice tackled subjects as diverse as genocide, the law's role in sexual conduct, and whether lawyers really are scoundrels. To mark the publication of these lectures, Sir Geoffrey will be revisiting some of his key themes in the light of some changes that have taken place across the world since - and to offer his personal view.
