Episode Synopsis

I remember being a child and hating to take naps. I would flail and fight not to sleep. As my teen years came and even as an adult, I love a good 30-60 minute(s) power nap.
Resting not only helps you/me think clearer, I feel like it allows the universe to do its work as well. There has been many times I've rested due to stress and woke up with a solution or many solutions.
