This episode was fun. Seriously fun. In the midst of lockdown we got to sit down and discuss my own journey from young athlete to troubled youth, competitive fighter to dedicated coach and everything in between. I have to be honest, timelining the entire journey is something I have never had the opportunity to do and it was incredibly eye openning.
