This podcast was all about documenting the experience of travelling interstate/internationally to compete in the sport of MMA. We had an excellent opportunity whilst following my self and Ryan Cooper on this trip to really get an honest and insightful look in to all of the variables including travel itself, weigh in woes, hometown vs away team perspective, adapting to the environment and performing on the day. There is much to be said for stepping put of your comfort zone and taking a risk in order to give yourself opportunities to grow and adapt as an MMA Athlete by travelling to fight and we really hope that this illuminates exactly what the experince entails.
