Listen "Ep 06: What I Learnt from Google HQ about Building Belonging in Teams"
Episode Synopsis
Back in 2012, a team of smart data analysts at Google embarked on a massive research project to discover why some teams soar and others stumble. The project was dubbed "Project Aristotle". In the past decade, some of the most important findings from this work have become part of our lexicon as we think of how to build great teams. Probably the most significant headline finding was the need for psychological safety in teams. The most successful teams are those that have a shared understanding of their culture, specifically in communication, connection and empathy.
