In this episode I share with you my experience of pausing in moments throughout my day and how it has impacted my breathing, thinking, mood, and state of mind. I cannot stress how much important it is to step back from the mundane tasks in your life and take a breather from whatever it is that is stressing us out or making us go into negative self-talk specially when it feels impossible to stop the chatter.
