Henry Mintzberg is a writer and educator, mostly about managing organizations, developing managers, and rebalancing societies (his current focus). He holds the Cleghorn Chair of Management Studies at the Desautels Faculty of Management, McGill University, in Montreal, and has authored 20 books, which have earned him 21 honorary degrees.
