Picking up where we left off in the first half of this episode, this segment goes directly into HOW to apply MINDFULNESS and the benefits it brings by, focusing on the present.
1) Informal/Daily Mindfulness
-Where we can engage wholly in our current task, garnering appreciation and effectiveness in said task.
2) Formal Mindfulness
-Deliberately setting aside time to focus on the here-and-now. (Often considered as meditation)
3) Mindfulness in the Moment
- Entering a state of mindfulness, focusing on what can be done NOW, in order to handle any level of stress with effectiveness.
Mindfulness brings Patience. Patience brings Trust. Trust eliminates fear. Eliminating fear enables Action.
