Listen "Identifying Limiting Beliefs"
Episode Synopsis
This episode is all about identifying the beliefs that are limiting you in life. Some types of beliefs that often hold us back include: Beliefs about your self, your worth, your capabilityBeliefs about the world, or others, and how they will treat you.Beliefs about what is possible or hard for you. Beliefs about what you must do first in order to feel the way you want to feel. Some techniques we talk about using in order to identify your beliefs include:Journaling, or free writing, 10-15 minutes non stop, then browse pages for belief statements that are not helping you in life. Asking your unconscious mind to bring your thoughts to your attention, and reinforcing this by writing these thoughts down whenever they come to you.Interviewing yourself in a quiet place, and noticing the first (unconscious) response to come to mind.Join me next week to work with these beliefs in hypnosis, or begin right away by asking your unconscious mind to show you evidence of the opposite of your current belief, and be observant for the results.
