Welcome to the Good daughter society podcast I know one thing to be true, you’re a good daughter! And because you’re a good daughter, you’re probably a good mom, a good wife, a good friend, and a good worker.Being good comes easy to you! You send thank you cards, check your lists of to-dos, deliver on time, and genuinely know how to make those around you feel special.And in this goodness, you find yourself searching for something bigger. You ask yourself questions like: what do I do for fun? Where are my people? Why do I have so much but still want more?Whether consciously or not, everything we do is for our mom. We’re either trying to impress her, be accepted by her, fill her shoes, or avoid her patterns. Often times is all of the above. The good daughter society is the place we come together to unpack what is ours and leave the expectations of us on the shelf. It’s a place where we can honor our mom without being her. It’s where we come together and explore our own perspectives and life experiences that drive our unique legacy.
