Cedric is the son of a Pentecostal minister. He grew up praying the Lord’s Prayer in church. But he noticed the prayer says “Forgive us our sins for we also forgive everyone who sins against us.” Jesus even goes on to say, “If you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.”This worried Cedric. He wondered whether or not he was fully forgiven or if he needed to recite the prayer every night before bed to get more forgiven.
