Today it is my pleasure to welcome an absolute powerhouse of a divine feminine woman onto the podcast who I wholeheartedly respect and admire: Michaela Aue. Michaela is a certified Yoga and Meditation teacher. She works with individuals as well as groups to assist and guide them towards getting to know themselves better and at a deeper level to ultimately live a more fulfilled, aligned and self-regulated life. I discovered Michaela through her very own podcast "Die Kunst du selbst zu sein" and I was in awe of her way of holding space for her guests and navigating meaningful conversations. I initially wanted to explore the world of meditation and mindfulness with her and got - as always - so much more than that.
