To confess means to acknowledge. To acknowledge means to accept or admit the existence or truth of.
The Word of God is Truth. The Word of God is alive! 
We become fully convinced by H E A R I N G. Our Words carry authority. Our Words causes things in the atmosphere to  S H I F T.  
So, go ahead, listen and repeat what you hear and see the the manifestation of God's Word in your life.
