Exodus 20:5-6 "You shall not bow down to them or serve them, for I the Lord your God am a jealous God," Whatever you are placing above and before God he will strip away from you. Jutst as God gives, God takes away. Job 1:21, "The lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away: blessed be the name of the Lord."Shadow work prompt: Ask yourself:  "Who have I been placing before God?
