Like many of us, I struggled to stepping into the full embodiment of the woman I desired to be. Being authentic (completely free to be me), was not a part of my norm nor was it instilled into me. People pleasing tendencies, lack of confidence, and low self-worth had to be unlearned so I could shift my mindset to a state of self-love and self-acceptance.

When I consciously and unapologetically gave myself permission to take up space and exist outside of the identity someone else created for me, my life began to reflect the woman I became.

Whether you're in the midst of an identity shift or struggling to with aligning with your higher and more powerful self - you are deserving of a life that reflects you're definition of success and happiness.

Unpacking the resistance and closing the gap from where you are to who you desire to be is more than pinpointing and identifying; it's moving forward with intention and clarity towards wholeness and purpose.
