They also discuss the early years at Wisconsin and the demands of getting DOWN to a solid playing weight. Rob gives some great perspectives from a guy who had to work his way into starting role. He talks about what a training atmosphere is and how at Wisconsin that atmosphere was contagious! He also discusses what it means to be a professional and how being disciplined to work on your own is a must at ALL levels! Another great episode for all coaches and athletes!
