A great friend, Troy Wineinger, got his first taste of podcasting for the 42nd episode of the Get Starked Podcast!
Troy grew up in small-town Kansas before heading to Fort Hays State University to participate in cross country as well as track & field.
After a few seasons there, Troy transferred to KU, where he intended to complete his collegiate career. Unfortunately, a medical issue caused Troy's career to conclude prematurely.
This setback ultimately inspired Troy to pursue what has become his primary passion in this chapter of life: sports & performance psychology!
