In this episode, we discuss one of the biggest problems for WiSTEM that is not talked about enough. We speak with Anastasia Kraft, the founder of Xena Workwear for Women about PPE and her journey. We discussed the need for safe personal protective equipment (PPE) for WiSTEM and her steps from encountering the problem to releasing her first shoe. We also go into sustainability in the production of products as well as her work with Feeding Mouths Filling Minds (FMFM)
