In Week 33, Genn and Millie did a bit of catch up since their last episode over a month ago. Their unscripted conversation led to their passion for justice and diversity. They discussed the generation trend in millennials to fight injustice as well as ways we can "lean in" to the difference in our lives.

1. Conduct a "diversity audit" in your life. Expand your view of difference and become aware of the diversity you encounter on a regular basis in your life. 
2. Choose to "lean in" to diversity through various methods. Consider opening dialogue with those who are different than you or choose a news program influenced by a different political leaning.
