James 1:12-15John 8:42-44This is a tough one for most people. They look around the world and see the suffering and pain. They recognize the evil that's present in everyone's heart...and presume, "If God created everything, then God created evil too." Today we will remember that evil is in the world because this world is infected with the disease of sin. But we will also remember that God never wanted it that way. God created the world to live and to live forever in the perfection and sinlessness of the Garden of Eden. But satan introduced the idea...and we, specifically Adam and Eve, took matters into our own hands. Thankfully, God also took matters into His own hands...the hands of Jesus nailed to the cross.
