In the book “Love Like That” Dr Les Parrott says, “Jesus was tuned into outcasts, people on the fringes—those who were the most likely to feel left out or excluded. The gospels are abundantly clear: Jesus was shockingly accessible to anyone who felt undesirable or unwanted.” This week we focus on the love of Jesus that was approachable. In this story we see Jesus willingly going to the party of a Pharisee and the willingness Jesus had to be approached by this woman during the meal. As Christians we have been called to Love Like That as we live a life of love that is approachable and open to the lives of others.
