Funny story, I DIDN'T plan it.... and, well, I DID forget!

I put off writing the show notes, the email, making the graphic, and writing the "new episode" post for socials (toxic habit ✅), and I didn't realize I completely forgot to do them until I woke up this morning(hours after the episode was released... #oops).
 
So, here I am writing it finally...
