As we’ve previously discussed on this show, many jobs are projected to disappear in a short period of time. Fortunately, they will be replaced with NEW jobs. Yay! However, this will require a tremendous overhaul in organizations to upskill and bridge their current skills gap to continue a sustainable competitive advantage.
