It will also allow you to stay focus and connected to your why and stop you from getting sidetracked by your ego or your emotions. Practise having intentional conversations as often as possible, and you will be so much stronger for it not to mention it gets easier each time you do it. It will eventually just feel easy and natural and that's where we want to be.
