I didn't come to teach you how to meditate.
Take it as an excuse
to sit for 30 minutes,
and connect with the best teacher you have
Which is yourself
Take my words only as a suggestion.
Mostly I use timer Which tells me when
2,10,20,30 minutes passed.
All the meetings were part of COVID 19 quarantine period in which I sat every day with people who wanted to sit with me, through Zoom app.
All the words are coming straight from the intention of my heart
If you want to judge, resist, complain
This is not the place for you.
