Inspired by this unique and magical phenomenon in nature, I have created a model, or pathway in which we, as humans, can connect more purposefully and intentionally with nature. In this model and in life, the goal is to connect – more deeply and authentically to nature, to ourselves, and to each other. I also share a Nature's Rx that helps us to lean into our feelings and Mother Nature.
