Later, David Smolansky, the former Mayor of El Hatillo Municipality in Caracas, Venezuela, who is currently living in exile after being removed from office during Maduro administration. David is now working as a visiting scholar at Georgetown University and shares his experiences living under the thumb of the Maduro Regime.
