Once combined & simmering remote from the heat & let it sit for 5-10 minutes for flavors to absorb. Strain & store in glass jar until you’re ready to use.1 1/2 oz Bourbon2oz Fresh Pear Juice2oz Ginger Ale1 Tbsp Ginger Sage Simple Syrup1 Pear & Sage Leaves for GarnishTake a glass filled with ice and mix in bourbon, pear juice, ginger ale and ginger sage simple syrup.
