Adam and Eve hid from God because the devil derailed them with a lie. Lie cuts you off from God and creates unnecessary fear. Don't tell lies for any reason. Gehazi told a lie and was sentenced. Don't join others to tell lies. A life that is dead to sin and the world must be alive to Jesus. The more you love Jesus, the less the provision for your flesh. Flaunting your strength with sin is unwise, for sin will knock you out anytime. If you manifest anger, wrath, malice, filthy communication, you can't avoid lying. If you are struggling with the spirit of lying, you need to ask the Lord for help immediately. Be wise to choose Jesus, for strength and dominion over your mortal body.
