Helen Alfa is a highly motivated business leader with a successful track record in small business development and franchise operations.
Helen started her career in health, fitness, and wellness over 35 years ago in the weight loss industry and the fitness industry as sales manager and group fitness instructor and successfully owned a gym franchise for 6 years and sold the club to a large fitness chain.
More recently, Helen was the National Franchise Manager with Fernwood Women’s Health Clubs and was responsible for franchise development and growth.
As National Membership Manager - Franchise Council of Australia, Helen spends her days working closely with franchisors, franchisees and service providers across some of Australia’s biggest and new emerging franchise brands.
