Lindsey Higgins is a mental health therapist LCSW, and program director of redeemed and restored. She had worked as a mental health professional in this community for the last 10 years. However she did not come to the community as an asset. Over 11 years ago she entered Hopkinsville Kentucky as a homeless, IV drug user. Her story is a true testimony of how God gives us beauty for ashes.
