If you want to find ways to engage your staff, create activities or develop a plan for 4D in your school next year you don’t need to look much further than your 4D observation coversheet. This beautiful little resource is available to everyone who has done Level I training, everyone who has had an observation. You have access to this sheet. Link it to the handbook if you have done Level I for greater understanding, be creative, get busy and do the work to prepare for how you will share the 4D research in 2025. The work will not do itself, you have the tools, but you need to use them actively to see the change.
