The way we see anything determines how we may respond or react to it. Two weeks ago a wonderful teacher at Moranbah State School used the words in a reflection with me - Good choice, as a way to see how to use reinforcement. When we shift our perception slightly we are likely to reinvent and reinvigorate the skills we have at our disposal. Good choice and poor choice- how can these words change the way you choose to interact with students?
