Amos talks about being a pentathlete, what it takes, what it means and how you do it.
My favourite quote of the episode is "We'd love to see some, in school programs, so think about all the skill acquisition or the motor skills that required, especially for the shooting, the laser run. And who doesn't wanna like, try and shoot a laser like everyone plays fortnight nowadays. So it's a great little sport for especially a high school student to, get active but also strategize and it can tie into the curriculum really well. And it's after school activity. Again, a lot of fun. So we'd love to see more people trying it."
