We do 30 rounds of 1 minute only. Each round is different. Try to focus on what you do each round and listen to instructions while continue to train. Let we start with a warming up now, the warming up is 1 minute and 15 seconds.  1-      Left jab, 100% left leg front2-      Right jab , 100% right leg front3-      left 75% hook left leg front4-      right 75% hook with right leg front5-      left 50% hook with left leg front6-      right 50% hook with right leg front7-      left uppercut 25% with left leg front8-      right uppercut 25% with right leg front9-      left liver punch left leg front10-   right spleen punch with right leg front11-   power round left leg front with left 100% jab full power12-   power round right leg front with right 100% jab full power13-   power round left leg front and a 75% left power hook 14-   power round right leg front and a 75% right power hook 15-   power round left leg front and a 50% left power hook 16-   power round right leg front and a 50% right power hook 17-   power round left leg front and left uppercut18-   power round right leg front and right uppercut19-   speed round double jab, left & right, left leg front20-   speed round double hook, left & right, right leg front21-   speed round double body punch, left and right, left leg front22-   speed round double uppercut, left & right, right leg front23-   left jab followed by right 75% hook, left leg front24-   right jab followed by left uppercut and right leg front25-   left hook and right uppercut close infight26-   left jab, right hook, left uppercut, left leg front27-   right jab, left hook, right uppercut, right leg front28-   left jab, right hook, left uppercut, right jap, left hook and right uppercut (6 punch)29-   continue round, 1 minute only jabs, no break30-   free round of all punch boxing, just let it go and try not to take a single break Wil je persoonlijke begeleiding?
