Everyday is a chance for us to reset and start as a new and better version of ourselves, but I love the idea of celebrating a new start and celebrating another year of the world turning. I have always been into resolutions, and creating a new version of myself.

I have not been feeling like myself in the past month, and in the past 2 weeks have been finding it difficult to leave my bed and create the energy to be with anyone and have found it hard to even focus on my work. I want to go into the new year still healing, and realizing that a new year does not mean that your healing journey has to be finished and achieved.
