In this episode, they are excited to be talking to fellow producer, Louise, the founder of LA Brewery - one of the UK’s leading premium kombucha brands. In this series, UK born and bred kombucha brands @NuncLiving and @JarrKombucha discuss the perils, pitfalls and joys of starting your own fermentation business whilst sharing their passion for all things booch. Adam from JARR shares his knowledge and learnings from starting and scaling a kombucha brand while Andrew from Nunc Jun Kombucha shares his experience of recently starting a brewery. Along the way, they will speak with fellow UK booch brewers who will share their own journey and experiences.
