In this episode, momma and herb lady, Katie Hanna, shares her medicine with the world. Katie talks about how her upbringing has helped her to gain a more holistic perspective on the world as she grew up in a home where her mother was very into natural and Chinese medicine. She talks about her journey from wanting to be a doula and having a natural home birth as well as how to cultivate a relationship with plants! We also talk about corporate medicine and the power of educating yourself on herbalism and taking matters into your own hands. Lastly, Katie talks about various different herbs that she loves, herbs for anxiety and sleep, and so much more!
