Welcome to the Table! I'm excited to kick off season 3 with Twila Brown. We're easing into January by taking some time to reflect on 2024 and dream about 2025. Coming out of 2024 it was important for me to release a long exhale. I needed to get my heart, body, and mind back into a good working rhythm.
