In episode 2 we're talking about the wedding at Cana. This is the first of eight signs in John's gospel. Running out of wine would have brought shame to this family. We consider why Jesus chose a wedding for His first public sign. There's more going on here than Jesus graciously saving a family from shame and possibly more. The bridegroom and his family could have become financially liable for inadequate wedding provisions. Jesus was teaching us about His future wedding.  Welcome to our Table!
