This week we’ll be continuing the series with a message titled “Soften My Soil." How’s your heart lately when you’re in God’s word? Has it been cold, dry, or even boring? Why is it that other things in life distract and pull our attention away from the living word of God? Why is it easier to pay attention to earthly things over God’s word? It happens to all of us over time in different seasons of life, but how do we address it?

This weekend we will be in a tough but good text, Mark chapter 4. We will be discussing the condition of our hearts, discipleship that will last, and, if anything, what we can do about it.
