It’s so crazy what amazing people my podcast uncovers and this episode is no different. This athlete is on her way to Masters Olympia this fall and as amazing as that sound that’s just a small part of her journey.  She’s a black belt martial artist, an equestrian and she‘s creating a power brand based in faith and mindset; “Faithful Few”  On this show we talk about everything from competitive body building, to overcoming injuries, to her other athletic accomplishments and how she stays positive in all areas of life. I’m so excited to have met this beautiful women and I can’t wait to see the height she takes all that she touches.
