Welcome to the first Podcast of 2020.

Today I was walking around Trinity College in Dublin so I am sure you will hear plenty going on in the background.

In this episode I mention the research project that my business (Platinum Training Institute) were a partner in called "Empowering People through Physical Activity".

This project was specifically for Mental Health issues in Northern Ireland.

Also on this project were Mental Health Foundation, Queen's University Belfast, Praxis and NI Chest, Heart and Stroke.
