Welcome to the second season of Fit Dad Game Dad. A podcast hosted by two middle age dads who are just trying to motivate each other to get fit so they have more energy for the things they love. We love family, friends and VIDEO GAMES!! Josh and Brett compete against each other monthly to earn experience points (XP) and level up.
