Dr. D’Artagnan Scorza is the inaugural Executive Director of Racial Equity for Los Angeles County. He leads the anti-racism, diversity and inclusion initiative. Prior to joining the county, he was founder and Executive Director of the Social Justice Learning Institute. Dr. Scorza is a graduate of Morningside High School and a US Navy Iraq-War Veteran.
