Joining me on the show is Brigg Neilson, an endurance mountain biking athlete who brings really solid knowledge for training and recovery that is very applicable to bowhunting. Brigg has a strong 10 year experience in what he calls a 'hobby' and what I call 'legit master athleticness'. Listen in to help refine how you train and get ready for bowhunting to make sure you're sustaining your energy to be able to pack out that animal off the mountain. Some of his suggestions may surprise you, but with his track record, they are critical to incorporate into your training and daily life.
